Scope

These terms govern your use of typeofmd.com and any first-contact inquiries you submit through it. Actual engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Nature of the site

typeofmd.com is informational. Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer, and sending an inquiry does not, by itself, create a contract. A contract arises only once a Statement of Work is signed.

Acceptable use

Please use the site the way you would expect a reasonable visitor to.

• No scraping or automated bulk harvesting of content.
• No attempts to access non-public endpoints, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass rate limits.
• No malware, exploit payloads, or hostile content embedded in inquiry submissions.
• Standard common-sense stuff, in other words.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, structure, and visuals, is © typeofmd. The typeofmd wordmark and logo are not licensed for external use. If you need to reference the brand in a press or partnership context, ask first.

No warranty on site content

Articles, notes, and opinions published here are offered as-is. They are not a substitute for formal engineering advice and should not be relied on as such without a signed engagement covering your specific situation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Polish law, liability arising from use of the site itself is capped at zero, on the basis that the site is free to access and purely informational. Liability in the context of a paid engagement is defined separately in each Statement of Work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
